Surprising and hilarious! You'll know if you'll be happy to commit after the last few minutes but if you like satire and dark humour then give it a go! The acting, characters, script and style of filming is brilliant and all feels very realistic. It's arty but not too serious or pretentious.
Typical human power hierarchies are shown in all their craziness- the super wealthy and those running around to meet their expectations. It builds up slowly and then all chaos/hell breaks loose - so many unexpected twists and turns and couldn't stop laughing, some of the scenes are just so human and crazy. Take fine dining! Enough to put you off ever even contemplating it (gross), let alone in a storm. Loved the sickness scene to a heavy metal sound track. Utter chaos.
Thought provoking on the balances of power and dynamics, how this can shift, and the strangeness of human behaviour. The ending might divide people but I enjoyed the final scenes and lord of the flies style twist, ending with some great music. Enough to leave me thinking and writing a review. It's got my vote.
