Cold Water

This is no good movie for a man of God to watch. We should stop watching these worldly trashy superhero blockbusters, they’re not hiding their true colors anymore. Don’t get me started on that demon with a pentagram on its chest, and just look at those wizards giving this Adam person powers of different gods. Be separate from the world and stop watching these worldly movies. The movie itself wasn’t even enjoyable, anyways. You can barely sense a genuine relationship developing between Adam and the kid, because the majority of the movie is Adam making a big mess.

Okay, I'm a Christian, and I realize that just because a movie is "Christian", does not at all mean it's necessarily good. The true story is awesome, but this...this was awful. Ridiculous. First, the effects suck. Second, there's literally zero point in the subplot about the kids, the aviation nerd and her friend. Zero point in it. Third, the montage of the guy and his wife creating a fake cockpit in that much time, when White needs his help?! I'm sure those things did not actually happen. So many things in the movie that must've not actually happened in the true story and were just added for the drama. The only good part is the ending, where we actually saw the real Doug White and Kari. Just check out the actual true story. Don't waste your time on this.

A quintessential classic sword and sandal epic. I’ll also note that 2 star review saying that they only showed 2 plagues, well, I don’t think that would’ve been very easy at the time and it was made clear that there were more plagues than the ones shown. Anyways, a great Biblical epic movie

This isn't my favorite Pixar movie, that title would go to WALLE. But as with most other Pixar movies it is a very wholesome family film. And not only that but there's a lot for kids to learn about the ocean. And I also like how Gill is presented as a tough character when he first appears but we later learn he's softer and how he turns into a father figure to Nemo. Would absolutely recommend Finding Nemo if you haven't watched it yet.

3.5...a lot of stupid stuff happened but it was still entertaining and we get more Jeff Goldblum!

I do love the book but I tend to judge movie adaptations as their own movies and not as adaptations. And "The Giver" was ok as its own thing My main problem with the movie is that moves so FREAKING fast. I really wanted those emotional moments like the ones with the memories to touch my heart but they couldn't because this movie was really desperate to get things over with. As for the movie as an adaptation, I can respect the changes they made because it would've been rather boring if they stayed more true to the book, maybe they should've made a short film if they wanted a more faithful adaptation so it would be less boring. But anyways this movie could've been way better if the pace was not at FTL, I was begging for the movie to slow down the whole time. 2.5/5

One of the most underrated Spielberg movies in my opinion. It is such a powerful story, perfectly balancing humor drama and overall enjoyment. Williams' score is great as well, it really gives you that Eastern European vibe it should for the fictional country of Krakozhia. Honestly making a fictional country is a rather odd move for this movie, not bad, just odd. Anyways, I love this movie and it definitely earns 5 stars from me.

My actual rating is not 5 stars, Idk how to make a review here without a star rating and Idk what to actually rate this film but anyways. I'm one of those guys who doesn't really mind Michael Bay. I just view his movies as fun popcorn flicks. It was a pretty darn cool movie, ofc it's not among the greatest military movies and it is nowhere near flawless but it's cool. And Zimmer's music is amazing. The biggest flaw in this movie Imo is how it didn't end after Pearl Harbor but also focused on the Doolittle Raid. That could've been a sequel, or maybe I'm just saying dumb 💩 I'm saying but the movie should've just focused on Pearl Harbor if it was gonna have that title. Otherwise, enjoy Bay's fireworks show.

"Inside Out" is a beautiful movie. It teaches us not to force ourselves to be happy and to embrace our emotions even the negative ones. Its message is one that people really need to hear these days because there is so much toxic positivity and emotional invalidation spreading.
