Tra Boogie

My husband kept falling asleep..... I am in agreement with all other bad reviews, the score doesnt match any of the scenes; the script was disjointed, etc. I really wanted to like this movie, as I loved seeing the city, its people, the odes to Black art, Denzel and Jeffrey, but it wasnt enough to elevate the movie. It hate to say it but this movie, the writing, most of the acting... was pretty awful. There were several disconnects, confusing. The usage of the N word was sickening. Also too much cursing. I would never watch this movie with my parents. I Wish I had read the reviews first before watching. Sorry.
