I've had some serious weight gain since I quit smoking 3 years ago and it piled on fast. From size 6 to size 12. I tried various plans that were successful in the past, Adkins, keto but neither of those are actually sustainable for the long term. This plan is working for me, but I've only been on it for 5 days. I've lost 3 lbs and have energy. Keto zapped my energy.
The book itself is disorganized so I recommend that you read the entire book before starting. And use a highlighter. I bought mine at a second hand book store so I used the highlighter for the brand names etc for the protein powder. Amazon has them. The details about vanilla are interesting. I'm going for the 6 weeks! I'm retired so am cooking ahead of time, large pot of oatmeal, quinoa brown rice etc. then warm up when needed.
