I learned more about Quanah Parker, the Comanches, the Texas Rangers, and the Texas frontier from this book than I have in multiple other sources. Excellent book. I read about half and also listened thru Audible app on trips.
I would recommend this to anybody interested in any of the above topics or just a great story about western frontier life in the 1800s.
