So I just saw 28 Years Later.
WELL! Not what I expected hey..
Danny Boyle is a good director, and with Cillian Murphey as an executive producer it gives it a unique angle on the zombie film category.
But! So many things in this film leave me thinking wtf?.. How has this pulled so far away from the first two, in almost every aspect..?
A roller coaster of a movie that seems to ride on this slow burn throughout, purposefully leaving you wanting to know more in the end.
I kind of dislike it for that reason, but I also like it.
I can appreciate it, but it's absolutely not what I was expecting from a 28 days sequel.
When action is good it is good, but, there just wasn't enough for me to be awed by.
I may need to rewatch it.
The soundtrack was great - cinematography interesting - scenery epic - acting on point - plot was bizzare.
Your going to have to watch it to appreciate it.
I'm still scratching my head.
