A relaxed and very mature outing by Linda Lewis. The mood speaks of the early 70โs north London company Linda kept and the artists she befriended and worked with. Given that, I do not feel it is dated and the clarity and range Lewis brings to her vocals is both exciting and uplifting in equal measure. Both Spring Song and the title track Lark are standout tracks for me but there are no fillers on the whole album. Give it a spin - I think you will be pleasantly surprised. RIP Linda ๐
