Weapons is fragments of a good concept executed without feeling, meaning or sense. It's a short film stretched out to two hours with characters who are never really explored meandering around in a plot that, while relatively novel, is ultimately disappointing. Also, in reference to claims that Weapons is beautiful to look at: when will digital films embrace professional lighting? Everything looks muddy and dull. Do not recommend.
