I continue to try to watch FTN, but there is a grim meanness that permeates this show, making me nostalgic for reporting that doesn’t insert its own political bias. I can hardly stomach extremes from either position but have concluded that if Mother Teresa had supported the “wrong party,” she would be vilified. The above was written months ago and I’m writing this after the election. I was certain it would be better, hopeful , “unifying” but no, more of the same negatives, and we can’t get past the old president bc this program wants to continue to drag him out. Ugh, why even try? I got through 5 minutes tops.
