I watched this as a child and apparently I was one of few, as I have NEVER found anyone else who has even heard of it. In fact, most people’s response to me explaining the plot is “Are you sure you didn’t dream that up?” It traumatized me enough as a child that I have never forgotten it. I feel like I found it about 20 years ago (as I started to wonder if in fact it had been a dream) and rewatched it; don’t think I watched it all the way through as it was super weird! Kind of like a fever dream. Yet I am curious enough to try to watch it again being it stuck with me all these years!
