Let’s start by saying that the negative reviews have some truth about the show. Put it this way. Interstellar is a masterpiece of Sci FI in every sense based on real Science. This show is not that solid. Using quantum physics as the base of the story is a great idea, but it overuses thriller elements and makes the concept exhausting at a lot of points. You need 5 episodes to get some idea of what the hell is going on. Be aware that you need some understanding of quantum physics to appreciate the genius part of the show, even if it seems similar to other things you have seen before, this really explores something new and very complex in a complex way. That’s why there are a lot of moments in the show that feel so excruciating. Bottom line, the show lacks simplicity, has a lot of potential and unwraps extremely slowly.
