My wife and I walked out after 45 minutes. Then some alerted us that it picked up so we watched the rest at home. First review I read says the first 45 minutes was interesting then it devolved. Huh? Sad state of affairs in Hollywood when garbage like this not only gets nominated, but actually wins Best Picture. This now shares the same stage as previous winners like The Godfather, The Sting, Cuckoos Nest, et al. Absolutely ridiculous. The world being forced upon us opens the door even wider for participation medals where everyone must win. I'm telling it like it is - this movie was bad and our first instinct to walk out, was right on the money.
