Dave Meyers

This is one of my favorite movies I've seen lately. I think general audiences will not understand it, but for the Coen Brothers fans out there, this is a perfect film. Every critique that I'm reading - doesn't go deep enough, too short, etc etc, completely misses the point. The point (in my eyes) is to have a movie that is silly, pointless, and fun. Not every movie has to be a serious Oscar movie. I couldn't recommend this enough for people that need an unserious movie to decompress to. The script is hilarious, casting is perfect, and a throwback to the "good ol' days" of Hollywood. People ask for original movies, and here we have one of the most original movies in the last couple of years. I promise you, this isn't cookie cutter. Whoever made this movie happen, I salute you.
