We like watching this program as they give a generally good coverage of what is going on in the world. However with the recent snowfall that stopped "Toronto" in it's tracks. All that happens it seems is "Ontario has come to a halt". Just to let you know that there is a lot more to Ontario than just Toronto. You complain about 40 cm of snow, yes this is hard for you to deal with as you do not get this very often. Our local forcast for "Northern Ontario" is "The relentless blast of winter continues in northern Ontario with temperatures reaching -45 C with the wind chill again in some areas and another storm will bring up to 20 centimetres of snow."
We deal with this on an almost weekly basis over the winter, so don't complain so much about about a road being reduced to one or two lanes. When an accident occurs here, we are stuck as both lanes of the Highway are blocked and we are cut off from the rest of the province. This happens on an almost daily basis somewhere in Northern Ontario. We feel for you having to deal with a little snow but do not think that Ontario shuts down when Toronto does.
