Very moving & extremely thought provoking subject. I myself was sexually abused over a period of 6 years as a child. Which seriously damaged me mentally & I believe lead to more horrors in my adult life. I can understand both sides of the story. Alex was protected from a horrible past but also needed to know his past. Always best to tell the truth though if someone asks for it. He knows his story now but hasn't the experience of it. I wish I didn't remember my abuse. It's a fascinating subject to have the choice to know or not to know. Excellant film & I'm so very sorry that happened to Marcus & Alex,they seem very lovely men & have a wonderful bond together.
