What a brilliant and well thought out show. It feels so real, so believable and never goes over the top. The depiction of the girls’ lives, what they go through inside and how they project it outside is executed with so much finesse. It gives a true insight into how things work in some households, the facade that certain institutions carry and how much society matters and impacts the lives of young girls. I’m not an Arabic speaker but I watched the entire show in Arabic with subtitles (despite having the option of watching it in English) to get the true feel of their expressions and emotions. Well done!
