So, so. Starts in a very bleak South Wales. He's in a mess and goes to Esbjerg in Denmark where he meets a lovely (but unrealistic) lady and a freindly dog. Then it gets silly. Poor ending. Few laughs and a few sweet moments.

Very good. Fast paced, documentary style account of events from the point of view of the ABC journalists. Explores some of the moral dilemmas involved in reporting such events.

Making this film was a mistake. It's over sentimental, full of historical inaccuracies and racial cliches. Bonhoeffer will be turning in his grave. Some events are chronologically misplaced to "improve" the story, whilst others are simply invented. In an era when the truth seems to be negotiable, to fictionalise Bonhoeffer's life like this is badly misguided. It's the sort of thing Holocaust deniers will love.

Low budget film. You spend the first 30 minutes waiting for something to happen, then when it does you just want it all to be over. Rather predictable characters.
