If you are an addict I am sure somehow maybe this book might help you? All and all I'm glad I read the book. It was entertaining I guess. I learned about who Matthew Perry was which was sad. He sounded like he was a person with some real mental health issues that were never addressed properly. He kept saying I'm not crazy like he was trying to convince himself. I don't think people with mental health issues are crazy but I do think they need to know their propensities and how to steer clear of them. Anyway, entertaining but sad. I'm sad he couldn't be thankful for what he had and enjoy it without a serious inferiority complex that seemed to encompass his entire being. I think I'll go read the purpose driven life again to dig myself out of the depression reading this book put me in. I can't give it 5 stars because I wouldn't say I would recommend it but I'm not mad I read it so I'll give it a 3.
