Unwatchable. V for Vendetta which originally a story weaved by the genius Alan Moore have been converted into intolerable garbage of a film,the main philosophy behind the story was cut out to create a family drama,with no layers between them, it could be taken as a reference of how a director could turn an absolute masterpiece into a disgraceful adaptation of a film,I feel genuinely upset of how such a powerful story was destroyed, believe me when I say nothing, absolute nothing about this film can be termed as good, the production design, the cinematography,the direction, and ah god the acting of Natalie Portman was unwatchable, a five year old kid could say that she was acting,and WHY is Red skull playing V??? The screenplay was interfered with,and a prostitute was turned into a office worker, the dollars were cut out,and the ending was was contaminated, the makers couldn't even understand that the mask was a symbol for revolution,and that v wasn't a person,he was hope, i mean evey doesn't even wears the mask once, the lines " Rumours about my death has been circulating..." we're totally cut off, v doesn't even asks her to remove the face, i really feel sad about how such a powerful book was burnt into nothingness by some idiots along with the parliament. DONT WATCH THE FILM IF YOU HAVE READ THE COMIC I PROMISE YOU THAT IT WILL TOTALLY UNDOUBTEDLY UNSPARINGLY DISSAPOINT YOU TO THE END.
