It sounds like they're trying to say "the punk mindset is to do things that go against the grain, rather than sound like what punks say punk sounds like"
It also sounds like a mess.
I can't decide if it's genius or idiotic and it all hinges on whether or not it was intentionally made to troll punk purists or they genuinely thought this album sounded good.
