General “E-Genius” Blastoise

Spoilers ahead!!! I've completed the game recently and I can honestly say, this game is one of the best I've played. Now, as of this writing, there are HUGE game bugs and glitches that have plagued my playthrough. My review does include this, but I'm more focused on the core gameplay and story aspects of the game. I'll get to the Frames per Second in a bit. The story really expands into subplots, but remains in line from beginning to end, and I like that kind of storytelling. It's something done in its predecessor, but this game has that open-world feel to it. Lots of memorable characters too. I expected the overstuffed to be passive, but I remember characters like Foma, Monk, that one DK droid, and the fisher character. There are more, but once you play this for a while, the characters don't disappont. The customization, like the blaster, crossguard, and my favorite being the double-bladed Saber, are all fantastic and gives you the what lots of games should: choices in how to handle battles. Now, to the main criticism. I am playing this on PC, which has always been my preferred way to play these games. And I can tell you: it's only finished story-wise. But it's laggy. I have a laptop with 144hz and that's designed to play intense games like this. But even so, a majority of people even me have experienced a huge deficit in playthrough. Frames are very much necessary, especially for a AAA game. This game only feels rushed in the performance aspects. I'm no stranger to 30fps despite wanting 60 or above, but this game feels like a slog and definitely needs patches to address this ongoing issue. So does this mean it's a bad game? A surely jot. It's not a finished game, but it's not terrible. Like I said, I managed to play through it all because I am a big Star Wars fan. I like this series. I like Cal Kestis and the Nantis crew. The story keeps me engaged. Despite how laggy it is, the gameplay makes me stay. I'm not saying this game shouldn't be fixed. I very much want it to be fixed. What I'm saying is the game itself for the most part is fun. If you feel it's not yet ready and want to wait, then I do suggest waiting. But if you're like me, I just buy it and play without trying too hard to think about the Frames at the moment. It's always up to you. But I can honestly say it's a fantastic game and it will make you have tears. It's a heartbreaking one!

Not only did they bring everyone from the previous installment, Super Smash Bros. for Wii U/3DS, but everyone from Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Melee! Altogether, over 70 characters from the start with more to come through DLC! Redefined fighting mechanics and easy-to-pick-up characters makes this a game for both the casual and competitive. New extended charge from all smash attacks, reversing tilts, ladder attacks, and the universal jumpsquat that allows all fighters to jump at the same time very fast are all the new best features this game has to offer! A new Story Mode, World of Light, is included. The goal is to save everyone from their state of being puppet fighters by the enemy, Galeem. Gather spirits and become stronger than ever to face off harder enemies along the journey! Will you be able to save everyone as one sole survivor, Kirby? The game, overall, is the best smash game I have ever played. Brawl was good, 4 was better, but Ultimate is....ULTIMATE!!!! I highly recommend the game for everything the fans wanted . It fulfilled what I wanted: a great entry in the series that improves. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is the ultimate wish come true.

"The Force is strong with this one." Thanks to Respawn's faithfulness to the franchise, I enjoyed every bit of the single-player experience of becoming a Jedi. You play as Cal Kestis, a Jedi Padawan to Jaro Topal (if I got that name right) who wound up on Bracca after Palpatine did it to the Jedi (Order 66, that is). Your mission is to recover a Jedi Holocron that contains a list of Youngling force-sensatives and rebuild the Jedi Order to its full glory. The main positive is the story. I kept getting engaged with the wonderful performance of each actor and actress as their characters. The emotional story told by them really touched me. Exploring different planets and their locations are another good thing in the story, despite some things not accessible until later in the game (such as places to double jump to). Other than that, story is the best thing about the game. Combat system is very tight and less freedom like Jedi Academy, but I think for this purpose, it's a good thing. You don't just swing around and believe you'll do great. You have to focus yourself and block/parry each attack until you find an opening. The bosses are even more challenging (don't even get me started on the Oggdo Boggdo). You take everything you learned from fighting infantry units to top bosses like the bigger versions of the animals and the Sisters. Despite all this, learning the game is possibly more interesting than grinding a supposed 15 hour game to a speedrunning 2 hours. Overall, Respawn has saved EA in my opinion by making a great single-player experience. Cal Kestis is by far one of my favorite Star Wars character of all time, even favorite in the Canon. I really hope either a sequel, or even DLC content is released for this game because it's that good to continue the story. Thank you, Respawn.

For people who felt that the games have been left in the dark these days, the movie will change their perspectives because of what it promised as a continuation of better video game movies these days. It's a relatively simple movie that doesn't go too big like the Sonic Adventure games, or get dark like Shadow the Hedgehog, but like Sonic said in the trailer, "...but that's ok!" Because this movie is far from bad. In fact, to me, tied with Detective Pikachu if not better, is the best video game movies out now. A beginning of a tragedy, running and hiding, to a place he calls home, Sonic breathes in new life on his first full screen appearance. This movie is even Jeff Fowler's directional debut...on a big franchise taken to the big screen!! Give this man credit for not only starting it on a big franchise, but succeeding it in the end! I got back into the Sonic franchise after playing the latest Mario and Sonic 2020 Tokyo Olympics, so that's why I decided to see the movie, although even without that, I would've seen it either way. Don't expect bad things when it seems like it'll try to compare to the games. Sure, not every movie will, but on their own, they do pretty well. A sequel will surely get things pumping and make it better. With Jeff Fowler and Sega on the scripting, this movie franchise will surely amaze us! 2 years later, the game has turned to the light side, like Vader. The game was at first a controversial game due to the loot boxes. I was very skeptical and decided not to buy it. But when I purchased a gaming laptop two years later, I decide to pick up the game and see just how bad people said it would be. Funny thing is, I bought the game when DICE escaped it's controversy by revamping the game, making it feel like a real Battlefront experience. The current updates like spawning on Command Posts made it feel like almost an equal to the 2005 version, and I admit that it is possibly even better. I was extremely satisfied as I got into the game. My preferred class is Officer, but I am leaning to Specialist (Clone Commando when he releases). DICE made this game more accessible and not money-hoard happy. Games from the past didn't have micro-transactions, and while this game does have some, it's not that demanding as you will have a "blast" in the game for obtaining credits. A grind, yes, but a bad experience, not anymore after playing a lot. I will continue to play the game and try to get better. Because let me tell you, if you're not having fun with the game, then you probably were looking at it now as 2 years ago. Overall, I'd give it a 9.5/10 Pros -Fun graphics and updates to become a comparison to the original -Classes give you a lot of freedom and variety -Maps are big, and Instant Action releasing soon will be great -Always have the 'going-back-to-it' experience Cons -Story Mode could've been either better or expanded upon -Hero and Villain characters have quarks that are a bit challenging -Going to a new class and grinding is a bit of a struggle -The Loot Box Controversy and that it took 2 years for an overhaul Don't judge the game by DICE's past mistakes, because they made it a lot better, even better as a game than their first Battlefront, and I even say close to being equally bound as the original. I enjoy the game and I think you will too. Remember, see the game as a new game now that it's fixed and don't look at it like 2 years ago. (Plus, it's on a cheaper price, like 20 to 30 dollars) UPDATE: Battlefront 2 has become more powerful than we could possibly imagine with the Clone Commandos and Co-Op. Easiest way to obtain weapons and ranks, so it's a wonderful update, especially the commandos!

One of the best Mii games, if not the best, in this generation. Multiple customization options, tricky mini games based on luck, and enemies that show charm and strength all bring this game to an awesome package everyone will find enjoyment in. This time, you get to make the story with friends!

Like Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Every Avenger is here. Like Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Endgame made the wait worth it. Compacting the whole 3 hour 2 minutes of excellent story telling through each Avenger while ending it on an emotional high note, Endgame is definitely one of those sequels that know what to do to become a better and outstanding success. This is the Endgame.
