Was a moral science workshop and political rant by a talkative paid film crew. First part seemed interesting with good visuals, music, an interesting romance brewing and some fabulous performance by the actors.. But second part failed me miserably!! Was a political rant of the highest order.. Sponsored by RedGiant and DMK probably. Only talking. Lacked any depth. Same boring high caste low caste exaggerated theme that vettrimaran and others have been going on churning for over a decade now. Innum ebalo naal dhaan indha madiri arracha mavayae arrachkitt irrkaporngalo? Wish some new theme gets explored. Sad to see Vijay sethupathi wasting his talent on such tasteless script.

Very inspiring. Vicky does a brilliant job with lots of realistic nuances and depth to the character. The fact that Sam as such was a really interesting person with a legendary role in Indian post colonial history adds to the flavor.

A slow drag of a movie... A lame fictional storyline (now alleged plagiarism) shot tastelessly to suit a divisive political agenda.. This kindf of filmaking was interesting when it started off several years back... This one seems jus too too predictable.. Squeezing the juice out of communities sentiments.. much like Maamannan and Karnan. Even the music, filmmaking techniques too boring... Overused slo-mo shots and base guitar -play in normal speed And movie/story might be sixteen mins long. Was interesting when Premam, etc came out long time back. Heights of party funded cinema.

Bogus series. Even a half baked, quarter brained person can see how far this one from reality... No depth of content. Seemed like some sort of moral science class that Nikhil Advani wanted to shower. Fail.
