My Thoughts on Dhada 2
The movie Dhada 2 started really well. I loved how it showed two couples in love — it felt so pure and real. But then suddenly, they added that heartbreaking scene where they killed the dog… it was so emotional and honestly hard to watch.
After that, the story turned dark — showing a man killing couples who love each other. I didn’t understand why they had to bring in so much negativity when the story could have been so beautiful. The main story of Vidhi and Nilesh had so much potential. Nilesh just wanted to become a lawyer, make his parents proud, and build a good future. That’s something everyone can relate to.
But instead of focusing on dreams and love, they showed caste issues and violence. Why do movies keep bringing up the caste system in such a bad way? It doesn’t matter what caste someone belongs to — what matters is their heart and hard work.
Vidhi’s family trying to kill Nilesh because of caste differences was really upsetting. They could have shown something more meaningful — like how Nilesh works hard, proves himself, and earns respect, so that Vidhi’s family finally accepts their love. That would have been such a beautiful and inspiring message.
Movies should motivate people — especially the youth — to dream big, love freely, and treat everyone equally. Dhada 2 had a good start but sadly turned into a story of hate instead of hope.
I just wish filmmakers would focus more on spreading positivity and good values — because that’s what really changes society. ❤️
