Judge Milian does not base judgement on facts. Case of stacksble dryers pick up by third was unjust; case awarded to plaintiff. According to tne agreement pick up was on the 3rd day yet plaintiff was given an extra day. Plaintiff time up for pick up should have been based on the time of the agreement which was Nov 1st, early in the day. Grant judgrment on fact. Defendant received prejudice/biased judgement by Milian. Was this because of the appearance (dressed like a man/lesbian tendencies.) Please note i dont condone homo ot bi/sexuality however stick to the facts no matter what. 👎🏽 to Judge Milian. Present the law which supposed to be justice.
