Boring generic actors. A New Zealand accent doesn’t cut a local character. Lifeguards in Hawaii are not foreigners. They’re all uptight acting and not convincing as lifeguards or residents of Hawaii. Lifeguards are gossiping and negative in all episodes so far. This is an insult to any Hawaii waterman in Hawaii. The story lines are so boring and predictable. Location continuity is a crack up. Drone footage is over used and makes one dizzy watching it. Rescues are done in calm waters, pretty fake looking. Nice try.
