Brilliant brilliant film by a team so much lesser known and celebrated than the famous but mostly incompetent others of the industry. Makes you extremely uncomfortable and that feeling lingers on substantially, but then you tend to quickly get back to and rejoice at how in this era of increasing oversimplification and substandard filmmaking getting sold in name of "good timepass/fun/chill", this piece of art is like a breath of fresh first monsoon air.
Immaculate screenplay, costumes, casting, dialogues, bg score, writing & direction, and overall acting by each and every soul in the film. Prakash Jha's best work without any doubt. Feels like faith restored in Indian cinema.
