I wasn't going to watch it just based on the title. But because I'm such a big fan of Amy Adams, I went against my better judgement. I was surprised that Amy would even choose to do this movie since every movie she has starred in has been a great movie in my opinion. This one made me think that she must be personal friends with the director and was just doing them a favor. This could have been a decent movie if they left out all the bizarre science fiction/horror parts of it. Too unrealistic to really get into it. But of course Amy's acting was superb as usual.

Epic failure and disappointment. I am a huge Mel Gibson fan and only watched it because of him. But the acting sucked SO BAD I just couldn't get into it. Wasn't credible at all. Terrible script. The writing was so amateur it was almost comical. I kept hoping it would get better but it just got worse. Maybe Mel should just stick with comedy from now on. He clearly lost his edge and passion for serious acting. So sad. The Director of this film should also be embarrassed.
