Excellent tv show! I like how they are taking their time to introduce different characters! An element of surprise, waiting for something or someone new to be introduced as the story progresses! I really loved how the series started with Galadriel searching for the remains of the enemy in the north! This really forced me to by- heart the map of middle Earth and researching regarding Morgoth ! I loved episode 4 the most so far! The touching conversation between Durin 3 and Durin 4, that eerie dwarf song, realisation of Queen Regret regarding her way forward, smartness of Hallbrand, good natured Elendiel and the villain Ardar but who is revered as a father by the orcs! I see their side of the story too! They are yearning for a homeland of their own and want to expand. They too want to live in this world, where they are feared or hated by others! I am in awe when it comes to the villain, he is equally hated as well as loved ! Thank you Amazon for backing this tv series based on Tolkien's work!
