I just thought it was boring. I'm not a gamer,but I was impressed by the actual animated series on youtube for their depth & story. Paramount's attempt reduces the story to something with all the depth of quarrelling students and identity BS. Nobody is interested in that except for people with more money than sense and way too much time on their hands.. I rewatched it again today to try to like it, but frankly I just felt like it was injecting student-level rubbish into a potentially good story.
