Fosse's story is more well-known...a brilliant ,though neurotic, director/choreographer; but I didn't realize Verdon's influence ; not only as his muse, but as his collaborator. Gwen was an amazing triple threat musical theater star in her own right ,but her contribution to Fosse's legend is eye-opening.....yet another woman not fully getting the recognition she deserved. Michelle Williams 's performance is stunning.
