It shows the power of Persian language in poetry. Each and every language has its own unique features and Persian's is the ability to write poems and poetry, that's why you see Muhammad Iqbal amongst the greatest of Persian poets next to the Saadi, Hafiz, Rumi, Khayyam, Baba Tahir and... the list goes on. But the thing is he is not even Persian-Iranian.
it is the same for Abdul-Qādir Bedil whome he is Indian and still has his own unique works and poems in Persian-Farsi.
