I was so excited to see this film. The marketing and Hugh had me captivated. Wish I'd missed it to save myself the disappointment. Started out compelling and suspenseful. But then just went downhill. Wonderful acting. Terrible story arc and resolution. Miserable message and frequency. It felt like sorta sat*nic agenda, demoralization tactic. Trying to inspire hopelessness. Like Euphoria and such. To give context, I appreciated the FIRST Joker and Hostel, so not a prude. This just felt like deliberately trying to kill Belief itself which is utterly sat*nic, especially at such a tough time for humanity. I thought the one religion he had chosen was sat*nism, and I'm sure many others did too. Why push a message like that? Kinda freaked out by the sky high IMDB & Rotten Tomato's, given the movie fell flat and the messaging was sat*nic. Just concerning, unless numbers are rigged given how low the Google reviews are...
