I think the presenters Piers and Susana promote or demote issues without having the most basic knowledge or intelligence to do so. As a consequence they come across as quite dumb, ignorant and unprepared. Why a TV company would employ such low calibre presenters, is a reflection in my eyes, of the standards they are prepared to accept. This manifests in the poor review ranking the show has.
