Without reading the book it leaves you wondering if Joel and Clementine call it forever quites but once you read the book you find the true story's ending is so heart felt the movie is emotional roller-coaster ride.....you will feel. you will love and regret. in my strongest opinion one of the best romances of all time in a critical part of Jim Carrey's acting career "A MUST SEE"
