I placed an order, it was really expensive. Received half my order and when I reached out to tell them. They said “figure it out with shipping company”!!! Seriously!! Then stopped emailing me back. I since called Visa and reported them. But as much as I love these sheets, pillows everything- they won’t see a dime from me anymore!!
