SPOILERS: I was such a loyal fan of this series. This book made me so angry and upset I now have little interested in the rest. Literarily, Way too long. Clearly he needs an editor. Like could have been 500pgs less. Scattered feel, made the other books feel tight and organized. I felt the author trying WAY too hard to wrap up character arcs with therapy counseling sessions, while simultaneously not answering any of the friggin questions we cared about for 5 books. I love character growth, but was way too contrived and long. The spiritual realm DRUG AND DRUG on. And I dont care about the ghostbloods anymore. On a personal note, Im so angry about so many plot points. Neutered the very things we love most about the lore and the series. Just one fell swoop, gone. No storms. No stormlight. None of the characters get the satisfaction of seeing eachother again. I am so sad. Feels so poorly written and a scramble compared to the others.
