Court – What Could Have Been an Engaging Drama Turned Into a Cringeworthy Mess this movie sucks, but I don't understand why no one talks BAD about it. 'Court' - what could've been an engaging court drama, became a half baked teenager love story followed by a weak, predictable court scenes. The first half mainly dedicated to the romance between chandu, an 18 years old who doesn't go to college and jabilli a 17 year old girl. But it's presented in the most NIBBA-NIBBI way possible.... the dialogues feel lazy and SO CRINGEE! Not even minimum effort was put into writing and deciding a TITLE for the film 😂. Literally just "COURT"! . But the movie reached its upside down Peakk when they revealed what happened inside the room. I felt like thatt was the absolute cinema at its bestttt wahhhhh 👏👏. That one scene alone proved single handedly why they are the Idealistic nibba-nibbi at its bestt. Only standout performances comes from Sivaji, who rocked in his role as mangapathi 💥. Priyadarshi and sai kumar also delivered solid performances 👍. But even they couldn't salvage the film from its uninspired screenplay and weak direction. What’s even more frustrating is how films like this keep getting positive responses from the Tollywood audience. Are the standards really this low now? Instead of blindly praising half-baked, lazily written films, people should start openly criticizing them and demanding better storytelling!. Telugu cinema deserves well-crafted stories, not films like Court, which squander a promising premise on shallow execution.
