An amazing movie! The people leaving bad reviews, do have some points, but usually its due to not grasping what is happening, the movie had some great references, and I can understand the plot even through the multiverse stuff, which can be hard to do, the cliffhanger ending has me excited for the next movie, and its got some stunning visuals.
The jokes usually land well, and the action is good, of course, its not perfect, no movie is, when people accuse the characters of being childlike/immature, they usually forget that's kinda how spider man acts, but they just took how he acts out of action sequences.
both the villains were great, the spot being more comedic at the start, than Miguel being one of the few serious characters, which is refreshing when compared to the others. Remember, most of the spidermen are teens, therefore, they can be expected to be immature.
Peter Parker (the one with the kid) is can immature as well, but can be serious, which was already established in the first movie, though he does have more immature moments than serious ones in this movie, so I can understand why people are upset, however, this is still one of the best animated movies ever, in my opinion, the hype was warranted, hopefully the third movie in the series can get on more solid ground, because if they fix the one or two character problems, the third move will be perfect.
To the people leaving bad reviews: I understand you have problems with the move, no movie is perfect, but try to look at the multiverse stuff a little more, the problems aren't as big as you make them out to be.
