Loved this series. Every character is very painstakingly etched. Their is a logical consistency in each of the main characters. Doc Martin, Louisa, the pharmacist, Ruth, Jr and Sr Large, Morewenna, Joe. Brilliant acting by all. Some episodes were very boring and obviously space fillers. However felt very bad about the Doc losing his license to practice in the end. Its comes out loud and clear that he loves practicing medicine above anything else. One of the flaws of the series is I could sense absolutely no chemistry between the doc and Louisa. They are practically two strangers on a train. But prob it will be resolved in season 10. Hope the doc gets to practice once again. Mushy sentimentality on my part. But what the heck.
