I will never use Greyhound again!!!! They are a bunch of conartist!!! I paid for 3 round trip tickets to go to my nephew's graduation. I called 30 minutes before my trip so I can change the time, due to by brothers dyalisis taking a half an hour longer than was stated. I kept getting the auto answering service. 1PM, 1- the phone hung up. 2-1:15 PM, finally a human, very unhelpful. The phone stops working and goes straight to a servey. 1:29 PM, 2- Another human, we ca1n't give you a refund or change your ticket, you should have called 15 minutes before to change or change it yourself. I paid $210.93 for a graduation I will not be able to attend. Plus, I am only getting a refund of $45 dollars for the trouble/ returntrip. I am utterly disappointed. Trip ruined!!!
