The show isn't the same without Frank but he can't help that. But as for the Iowa store I would rate it at a 2, HIGH prices and the help is USELESS. The day we were there, there were 3 people standing in line and no one behind counter. After several minutes a gal came, who had been folding shirts, obviously could see them. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
