This should be issued to recruits at the Academy. I served 38years, I know Shaun and I worked with his father in the Bomb Squad. I have just read his book and whole heartedly recommend it. Not only to those standing between evil and those they seek to harm; but to any one wanting to recover from PTSD or 'to just be better'.
