This adaptation really rocks!! I make no apology for loving BOTH the original anime and this new show. The action is great, the cinematography is EXCELLENT, and by the third episode, the actors are really starting to inhabit their characters, with a retro vibe, inter-character chemistry, props and effects that get better in each ep. Some absolutely hilarious and poignant acting. The show runners have built something special, and we JUST GOT TO MEET RADICAL/COWGIRL ED! Omigosh. Don't stop now! Will this series destroy your enjoyment of the anime? Oh. stop it. NO. DON"T BE SILLY, YOU BIG GOOF. Watch it and see! You've enjoyed a near-infinite number of divergent Batmans, Spider Mans, Star Treks, X Men, and Sherlock Holmeses, and don't get me started on your Harry Potter fanfics! I believe in you; you will LOVE this too! Critics gotta criticize. Fans gotta binge!
