I perhaps shouldn't even review this film as I found myself unable to watch it right to the end. The Last Bus might just be one of the most powerful films I've ever watched. From the first moment my emotions were feeling and an hour into the film, I just had to turn off. This has never happened before. Timothy Spall was utterly amazing as Tom. Everything about his portrayal of the character was perfect. He truly is a great actor. One day, I suppose, I may watch the last half hour of the film but I don't think there are enough tissues in the world ...
