I’m all for innovative horror films. I’m even down with the slow burn. I couldn’t make it through 30 minutes without wanting to punch myself in the crotch just to feel something. Literally, nothing happened. A billion cut-ins to “artsy” nothin’. Nearly zero dialogue. It’s akin to watching grass grow. What a bummer. The synopsis of the flick had me so stoked. Alas, total garbage. I snapped it off after 33.15 seconds. Do yourself a favor…

Zero Givens’ mojo! What the hell are the writers doing? Have any of them SEEN Justified? Unlikely love interest. Not well-cast in general, though there are a few exceptions. The villain is the only exciting Component of this new series. It’s heartbreaking.
