Hi, I live in Ankeny, Iowa just north of Des Moines. I appreciate your informative and satisfying news comments and interpretation. I must ask you , though, why in the past few days/weeks have you talked about the pandemic getting worse and going to get worse in the midwest and never mention Iowa??? We've been red right with Florida, Louisanna, etc. Our numbers are not good. Our governor, Reynolds is piss poor, stubborn and a total Trump follower. She has refused a mask mandate, not allowed cities to do it themselves, is requiring a 50% in classroom schooling to begin in a few weeks, set the guidelines way too difficult to close again if need be. She is just awful! Her big thing is to say "I trust Iowans to do the right thing". Not! Most people act like things are just normal and do not wear masks until required. Most did not wear masks at Walmart until Walmart required them. Now most do. People follow like sheep and the leader isn't leading! Gov Reynolds said regarding the need to wear masks that "others disagree"! It's like having a double dose of stupid with it at the Federal and State level. Many groups have stepped up to confront her on these things but somehow nothing changes except for the worse. Not sure how to get things changed but maybe...just maybe...if the news folks could report on this it might help. I saw that Reynolds is now regarded as the worst governor according to a Harvard study. Would you please follow up on this and help save some lives!? Thank you.
