The Oscar should go to the person who made the trailer for this movie - he took the only 90 seconds in the movie when anything at all happened and made it look like an edge of your seat drama. The Rolling Stone Review said "death by a thousand papercuts" - I didn't know it meant for the audience! A real nothing burger of a movie.

I have been a Lisa Jewel fan but this book was a big disappointment. The character development was nonexistent and I thought the story was too predictable. By the end I was speed reading just to be done with it. Reminded me of The Housemaid (not a good book IMO). The title gives away the book so save yourself some time!
