How can they not see the flaws. A huge production team and no one speaks up. Potential to be a superb franchise with Ms. Knightley and Ben Wishaw working well together but other cast members look ridiculous, trying to be cool but failing to convince. In what is supposed to be a hard hitting action packed on edge experience you get a phone chat between two gay lovers. Please spare me from this insanity.

I’m unsure how anyone can see this as worthy. It is pure soap. Very bad soap. The actors do their best with a bad script. I can’t finish the series.

I thought it began brilliantly but it descended into unworkable chaos. It was as if the creative team were trying hard to emulate other European dramas. The ending was a comedic disaster which if handled correctly could have been stunning but they had to go too far. Such a shame.

I’m up to episode 6 and it has become ridiculous. Potential was evident but it has crumbled into a mess. The lead is over acting in every scene and as for his daughter Jenny I honestly couldn’t give a damn. Will not continue.

Plot holes everywhere. Ultimately unbelievable

I got as far as episode 6 hoping it would improve but I find it to be a disaster. I think the actors do their best with an atrocious script. It certainly ticks the diversity box for casting and I’d love to know the what the budget was. Nothing is cheap to produce but something tells me that the budget on this wasn’t generous and if it was, then it was wasted. Two superb actors manage to fail in their characters. Rufus Sewell and Rory Kinnear. Another of my gripes is the attempt at fast and sharp one liners which do not work becoming too cliche and quite frankly boring. However the biggest flaw among many is the openly hostile attack towards Russia. If I was prepared to watch to the end this could well be different but given the stupendous lies being told by the British and American governments over the situation in Ukraine and the desperate attempt to replace President Putin with a more malleable leader as a US puppet, I wouldn’t be surprised if funding for this series came from MI6 and the CIA. Or was it the Russians? Obviously I’m in the minority here as it seems popular but people are very easily satisfied with mediocrity.

Massive plot failures. I loath when characters do stupid things. One major one that stands out for me is when Adam drives his kids to a remote house but leaves his phone off missing important information but I guess he may have done that to avoid being tracked. However his wife turns up after having contact with the CIA. Adam blindly accepts her excuse that she caught a cab and wasn’t followed. Sure! Then at a massive climax point the stupid son decides to get up and walk outside directly into danger. How can the writer do this and how do the actors accept the script without cringing.

Wasted potential. I understand the abandoned kids were damaged but their actions display a stereotypical display of bad black behaviour especially on those innocent in this twisted mess. I suppose they inherited their mother ‘s genes. There were 101 ways to make their revenge more subtle thus unleashing the potential of the plot.

Some talented actors in the wrong roles. I keep relying and think could this get any worse and it does.
