Just ordered this book on Ebay after watching a 4-part review of it (almost 9 hours!) on The Sharpening Report with Josh Peck. The book sounds fascinating. That the author is a solid, educated Christian is clear from the many video commentaries by him that I have watched over the years. We may not agree on all doctrines, but I am excited to be receiving his first book - soon!
