I know Rings of Power has gotten alot of hate, I can't quite figure out why. Its not pure Tolkien but as someone who grew up reading the books and watching the movies more times than I can count I've enjoyed most episodes. it is a bit of a slow burn but waking up on a Friday morning and getting an hour or so of joy in my favourite universe has been a pleasure. Its certainly preferable to rushing through the story like the last 2 seasons of GOT, I enjoy the pacing and hope it helps with the longevity of the series. Big props to Galadriel & Elronds actors.
